“One of my favorite things about this school is that our teachers are always willing to listen to you. They may not agree with everything you say, but you know that they’re not against you or want bad for you. They’re always willing to help, to cheer you on while you chase your dreams and pick you up when you fall. The staff of this building are compassionate individuals who are willing to go the extra mile for their students. We may not always show it, but we appreciate that. The things they’ve taught us will stay with us for life, even if we may not always know it. ”

Once a year, NYC comes alive with learning
During our weeklong immersive Rensizzle program, classes pause and students dive into real projects, real questions, and real-world experiences—working across grades, collaborating with peers, and exploring topics that actually matter to them.
Think city-as-classroom learning, creative problem-solving, hands-on research, and public presentations. You choose a focus, build something meaningful, and share it with a real audience.
More than 20 groups to choose from ranging from astronomy to film production are led by student choice. If you can dream it, you can create a Rensizzle for it!
